1. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

All offers from GC Import & Service GmbH are non-binding and subject to change.

A contract is concluded as soon as GC Import & Service GmbH accepts an order by delivering the goods or by an order confirmation (written, electronic or verbal).

Technical changes and deviations from product images are reserved.

2. Prices

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including statutory value-added tax.

The price valid at the time of order in the online shop applies.

Prices are ex warehouse Sirnach (TG). Printing errors, mistakes and price changes are reserved.

3. Volume Discounts

Special conditions for larger order quantities are individually agreed upon request.

4. Payment Options

The following payment methods are available:

  • Bank transfer / prepayment

  • Credit card (Mastercard, Visa)

  • PostFinance

  • TWINT

  • Purchase on account (for institutions and companies only)

Invoicing is also possible for new customers, provided that a valid entry exists in Swisscom Directories or a comparable directory.

5. Parcel Delivery (up to 30 kg)

Delivery time is usually approx. 3 working days.

For non-stock items, the delivery time is approx. 2–3 weeks.

Shipping is via PostPac Economy or DPD with tracking. Express shipping is possible at an additional cost.

Shipping costs include loading, packaging and postage. Multiple items should be combined in one order if possible.

6. Deliveries over 30 kg

Deliveries over 30 kg are made throughout Switzerland via freight forwarder (e.g. Vogt Cargo Express) to the curb.

Delivery time is approx. 5 working days.

Shipping costs are waived for self-collection.

Shipping is excluded for used and exhibition equipment. Delivery and assembly of large equipment (e.g. foosball tables) only take place after prior agreement.

7. Complaints

Obvious defects must be reported in writing within 5 calendar days of receipt of the goods.

In the event of justified complaints, GC Import & Service GmbH will provide a replacement delivery or rectification, at its discretion.

Warranty claims only exist if the return conditions are met.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Return

Customers have the right to return items within 7 calendar days of receipt of the goods.

Conditions for a return:

  • The goods are unused, complete and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be in the undamaged original packaging with all accessories.

  • The original packaging must not be written on, stickered or damaged.

Returns must be registered in advance by email or phone.

The customer bears the return costs, unless there is an error on the part of GC Import & Service GmbH.

9. Warranty

GC Import & Service GmbH grants a warranty of 12 months on new goods.

For foosball tables, the warranty is 36 months.

For used items, a functional warranty applies upon handover.

Damage due to improper use and natural wear and tear are excluded from the warranty.

Warranty work on arcade machines is carried out exclusively in our in-house workshop.

The device must be delivered by the customer for repair.

A flat fee of CHF 150.– will be charged for on-site repairs.

10. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 20 days of the invoice date without deduction.

In case of late payment, a reminder fee of CHF 20.– and default interest of 5% per year will be charged.

GC Import & Service GmbH reserves the right to demand prepayment from new customers.

11. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of GC Import & Service GmbH until full payment.

A corresponding retention of title can be entered in the register of retention of title.

12. Setup and Use

In the case of commercial use, the customer is responsible for compliance with all legal regulations.

13. Liability

The liability of GC Import & Service GmbH is limited to intent and gross negligence.

No liability is assumed for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Swiss law applies exclusively.

The place of jurisdiction is Münchwilen (TG), unless mandatory legal places of jurisdiction apply.

Privacy Policy

1. General

GC Import & Service GmbH treats personal data confidentially and in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG).

The collected data is used exclusively for contract processing, customer service and improving our services.

Data will not be passed on to third parties, unless this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract (e.g. shipping service providers).

2. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to improve user-friendliness.

By using the website, you agree to the use of cookies.

3. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited.
